IVY NEEDS A NEW HOME IVY was a street stray in Manatee County. She was definitely someone's dog as she has basic skills. She was bred but that was some time ago. We assess her at 4-5 years old. She met Farley and after a few barks is now sleeping with him in my office. She is going to immediately gravitate toward people. She loves touch and being petted. From what I can see with the few hours here in the office she is housebroken but we really can't be certain. She is crate trained and walks exceptionally well on a lead, ignoring most everything. She does answer to her new name IVY, which she only learned a few days ago. She is attentive to instructions. She had no problem with stairs and trusted me immediately. She is a super snack size black and tan female weighing in at 45+ pounds maybe. She needs good nutrition but her shots are utd, she is spayed and she is hw neg.
She was in a foster to adopt home but the person was unable to provide the training she needs to not want to play with every dog she meets. She is great in the home, affectionate and loving.
