PUPPY CORA HAS A HOME PUPPY CORA came into the rescue over the weekend from a high kill shelter, but by luck, the animal control person is a big dg lover and called me to take her and her sister Nora. Cora is about 8 months old and needs to be spayed, which will happen in a week or so. She, like her sister, is extremely people friendly. She is not so hot with cats, but likes other dogs and loves people and being petted. They are both black and tan and in great physical shape. They are hw neg and will receive shots and a chip when they are spayed. These dogs will be 80 pounds. They are big solid girls and definitely in need of training. Because they are puppies (large as they are) we require a $500 bond to insure they get the training they need to achieve a cgc in the next 7 months. They are both extremely affectionate and take treats very softly. Because they seem reactive with cats, i would not put them in a home with exposure to cats or small animals. i did see them today with a bunch of small dogs and they did great.
