LUKA HAS A NEW FOREVER HOME
LUKA HAS BEEN COMMITTED TO A FAMILY WHO WILL PICK HER UP TOMORROW LUKA is a 1.5 year old female black and tan GSD. She is spade and heart worm negative. She has has all shots and she is chipped and ready to go to her new digs.
Luka came to us through Lee County where she was found as a street stray. As she was chipped the owner was called and said since we were going to spay her, he didn't want her. She was his meal ticket. She was bred at least once and then would have been bred repeatedly until show couldn't be bred any longer and then dumped. The culture of the folks makes this just fine and they have no remorse in doing this... yet it make me sick. She weighs about 65 pounds and she is extremely sweet and gentle. Luka came in with Roberto who is now her kennel mate. They love one another and yet will probably be separated unless they go together. Luka is affectionate yet untrained and although she does walk well on a leash she has had no formal training and needs it badly. She does not jump and seeks you out readily.
