RARELY DOES THERE COME A TIME WHEN WE ADOPT OUT A DOG OTHER THAN A GSD. THIS IS ONE TIME WHERE WE ARE TRYING TO HELP A FELLOW TRAINER IN NEED OF SOME EXPOSURE. Meet BUDDY. Who needs a home!!! This is a GREAT dog - pls read!!! and share!!!
Extremely social!!! With all people, of all ages. Loves kids. Extremely social with ALL dogs!!! He is just a SOCIAL BUTTERFLY!!! Always up for a PARTY!
He is trained: Potty trained, leash walking, basic commands with an advanced stay, crate trained. Only possible additional training would be to crate him when left home alone until he learns ‘house rules’. Perhaps ‘off leash’ recall as well.
He is high energy. So he needs an active Family. He would only do good as a ‘Couch Potato’ after a stimulating day. He is indeed very affectionate & likes to cuddle. He in fact, likes to do anything & everything. He is such a great dog! He makes you laugh, loves making new friends, loves being a part of any activity you are doing. He even snores - which actually is really cute coming from him ;)
As a Canine Behaviorist as well as providing in my home ‘doggy camp’, Buddy has been exposed to a large number of various dogs with various temperaments. Even dogs visiting here with poor social skills and/or aggressive, Buddy has NEVER behaved in any other manner than outstandingly social. In fact, over the 6+ months I’ve ‘fostered’ him, I’ve never even heard him growl!
This Buddy, is a CHARM. He is a Pit Mix, about 3 yrs old.
So, if you are active and looking for an active companion Buddy, and/or an active family looking for a Family Buddy - this Buddy is for you!
