LOUDIN AND KRACKOW GET HOMES

The saga of Loudin and brother Krackow Loudin and Krackow as you have guessed are brothers. This seven year old pair of handsome male black and tan GSD's was turned over to The Charlotte Animal Hospital by their owner. Initially the owner wanted the dogs to be destroyed, but the hospital refused. The dogs were healthy, well treated, trained and had the most unbelievable temperaments possible. This fantastic pair was adopted by the hospital and then turned over to us for placement.
As luck would have it we were at the K-9 event in Punta Gorda when we met a fantastic young family who was looking for a gentle dog to grow up with their young son. They wanted a dog that would tolerate the baby yet be protective and loyal to the home and family. When these dogs showed me their stuff, I knew the match was made! I called the family and they came to visit the boys at the vets office. I hoped they would fal in love with one and take one of them leaving me only one other to place. As luck would have it, they brought their freind who himself was looking for a GSD. The people at the office fell in love with both dogs and let me spend time with them, photograph them and get their paperwork started. I cannot say enough about the vet Dr Dennis McDonough! He was just great in working with me to facilitate the adoption process. He was kind enough to do the shots for us and provide us with a meeting place and whatever medical records he had.
When The family and their freind arrived, i did the doggy introductions and the rest is histroy. Both dogs found a great new home with a super family. Two great adoptions made this a tremendous day.
I want to congradulate the families for being as lucky as anyone cuold imagine in taking their respective dog. I know both pooches will have great lives which, as you would expect, makes me very happy!
