ZEUS HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS ORIGINAL MOM

HANDSOME ZEUS IS AVAILABLE
PLEASE NOTE THAT ZEUS'S OWNER IS IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A NEW HOME AND HAS TAKEN HIM OFF THE ADOPTION TABLE FOR NOW. WE APPLAUD HER EFFORTS TO TRY AND SAVE HER TERRIFFIC DOG! We evaluated this beautiful dog yesterday 10/11/12. He is an owner trun in for economic reasons. The owner did rescue him some time ago and trained him, loved him and nurtured this beautiful white GSD to his current state. Zeus is neutered, has all shots and he is HW Negative. He has been on prevetion and he is actually being treated by our personal Vet so we are confident in his health and confition.
Zeus is extremely active and loves to jog daily. He needs a family that will proviude him wih the excecise this 2 year old rquires. If you adopt Zeus you ust sig up or socialization training with us through Peace River Dog Fanciers. He will need twi classes, one basic obedience and the other Novice. If he is ready after that then CGC.
Zeuse has been raised with small kids and loves kids, people and just being a dog. He is housebroken, non-destructive and meets and greets new people very well. If he has any issue it is his prey drive. To someone looking to do tracking or other wok with a dog such as finding things or even hunting, this is a great dog. He is not food agressive at any level. He has issues with smaller dogs and most likely cats. His agression has not shown itself to us but we would NOT adopt him to a family that has a cat or small dog. He has been to the dog beach and to dog parks which is where we believe he manifested this curiousity with runny small things! We chose to err on the side of caution so please keep this in mind when inquiring.
Zeus has a beautiful coat and weighs in at about 80#' He is anxious with thunder which is easilt corrected and he is crate trained. He sits, stays for a while, shakes hands and alerts.
The family surrendering him has 2 kids and he is great around them and their freinds. He is use to being left for extendd periods while they wok and has never has an accident in the house. We do however recommend creat training.
